I bought this fixer upper only 1/2 a mile away from Harrah's Chester hoping to hold it for 5 years and fix it up slowly. Only a few blocks from the city of Eddystone.
Turns out I have to relocate to Nevada before I finished.
. It has a new roof, new water pipes, new Goodman Gas furnace, new water heater.
Planning on leaving washer in basement and fridge in kitchen unless you don't want them.

Bathroom and Kitchen are usable, but need to be redone. Carpet is horrible - nice hardwood underneath.
Will consider owner financing if everything else is agreeable. 5 years at 5 % would be approximately 350 dollars a month depending on the down payment we agree too. Looking to move to Nevada on April 1st.
